Profiting from diversity

A publication written for Diversity Works for London (DWfL) by Ian Dodds Consulting, "Profiting from Diversity" is being used for an DWfL seminar. Its purpose is to help employers harness diversity to gain the business benefits.

"Profiting from Diversity" is available from the DWfL team at the London Development Agency, and I recommend it to those of you who are in the early stages of putting effort into diversity and inclusion. It offers the knowledge and tools needed to deliver results.

It examines why diversity matters to business and why it needs to be at the heart of organisations' business processes. It also describes how to gain the diversity business benefits by formulating a Diversity Action Plan underpinned by the diversity change drivers. It gives ideas about what might be included in a Diversity Action Plan and it describes how to get buy-in from senior management. The publication also show how to deliver Diversity Action Plan the successfully, including achieving the necessary behaviour changes, and add value to the business's success.
